Salon Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. 48 hours is required for any services exceeding $150     •    All other service cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.       •     Services exceeding the $150 or more that cancels less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.     •    No-shows may be charged 100% of the service cost.     •    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on availability.
